I have a small corp that has just just CCA deductions, car maintenance expenses and passive income from stocks. We have not submitted taxes for like the last 4Y and the revenue is not high at all so we think that the penalties won't kill us
Is there a product or an Intuit service that I can use to submit the taxes for this dormant small business corp?
I would probably prefer a service as we do not know on what lines to put the Dividends revenue from stocks.
If anybody can help and that is simple I would take the advice and use a product if that is so simple. Otherwise using an Intuit service would be ok as well. What product is best for the above ?

TurboTax software goes back to tax year 2020; earlier years are not available nor would they be supported or updated even if you can find them on eBay etc. You mention a "small" corporation----so we do not know if you mean you have a C-corps, S-corps, or a sole proprietorship.
It is possible that you could need TurboTax Business--which can only be used on a Windows PC, or you might be able to use desktop software on a full PC or Mac.
You cannot change the tax year. The current online program is for 2023 only. Only a 2023 return can be prepared online and only a 2023 return can be e-filed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2020, 2021, and 2022 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2020, 2021, or 2022 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.

I thought that there is a clear distinction between Corp and Sole Propietorship. One can't be the other right ?
CCPC is what I am told it would be.
As mentioned I am not necesarilly looking for a product ...also a service would work.
I know that there is an infinite number of things that won't help me with my situation.
I am looking for things that would help 🙂
I had to look up CCPC. That is Canada. This is the USA forum

@MiniMe why are you keeping a dormant corporation alive?
@Mike9241 it has retaining earnings that would be too costly to cash if I shut it down.
sorry guys I did not realize this is the US forum, I got lost. Heading back home 🙂
