In box 14 of my W-2 my employer noted two amounts, 946.50 SDI and 1039.15 AUTO. Turbo Tax sees it as an error and I don't know what to do. Can you help?

Box 14 on the W-2 is pretty much a "memo" box where an employer can pass on "information" to employees.  Entering amounts for Box 14 generally does not affect your income tax return.
