I have a single-member LLC that I originally established to operate as a consultant. In the past few years, I have also set up a woodworking business, which is operated under the LLC but files a separate Schedule C.
In past years I have manually entered the information for each business operation into Quicken. This year, I'm trying to import it from Quicken. How do you do that with multiple Schedule Cs?
In Quicken, I distinguish the transactions of the two business operations by use of different "tags": income and expenses associated with consulting are tagged as "Consulting" and those associated with woodworking are tagged "Woodworking".
When I import from Quicken, it appears that the data of both business activities are included in the download. Is it possible to import them individually?
I'm using Quicken Home and Business 2017 and TurboTax Home and Business 2019 installed from CD.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Unfortunately Turbo Tax has no control over how the import is performed from Quicken software. You may need to manually separate the two businesses in your return.
