I wanna view my credit score but it keeps saying "The information you entered does not match what our credit bureau partner has on file" what do I do?

All of the Information I entered is correct so how do i see what doesn't match what they have on file?

Every American is allowed one free credit report from each of the three nationwide credit reporting agencies. Get your credit report and then give the same answers back to get your credit score.

Use only the official website as reported by this webpage on the Federal Trade Commission website.
