Line 24z of Schedule 1 still exists. It is used as "other" adjustments to income. Do you have the number entered as a negative number in the software? Review the entry from the smart check error.  See this link for entering adjustments in Schedule 1 on TurboTax:

Schedule 1, Line 24z

I have to use schedule 1 line 24z  with a section 409a corrected statement.  What do I do.

You can make that entry in TurboTax as follows:

1. From the Federal menu in TurboTax find Wages and Income

2. Find Less Common Income

3. Choose Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C

4. Choose Other Reportable Income

5. Enter a description of the income and the amount
