I purchased NY S Corporation but cant find the extension form (CT-5.4), How do I extend my return on Turbo Tax?

I purchased NYS S Corporation program. I'm trying to extend my return (Form CT-5.4) but can't locate the form. How do I extend my return?

The following website provides links for filing a NY corporation tax extension online: Corporation tax extension request forms (current year).

Specifically, go to Online Services. To use Online Services, create an account, log in, and select File a corporation tax online extension.

The link mentioned in this message does not work.  ie Online services on the NYS website does not work.  

The NYS Tax.NY.gov refers back to the tax software which is SUPPOSED to have the Form CT-5.4.

Upon purchasing the NYS software, I am underwhelmed that it is incomplete.  Please send a patch with this form.  The deadline is March 15, 2022.

TurboTax Business for New York does not support Form CT-5.4. You will need to file your extension request online from the NY State Online Services: https://www.tax.ny.gov/online/

Create an account, log in, and select File a corporation tax online extension.
