Single member LLC's are considered disregarded entities by the IRS and therefore, separate returns for the LLC are not required to be filed. The LLC business activity is to be included on the personal income tax return of the LLC member on Schedule C, E, or F (depending upon the type of business). Therefore, for your husband's LLC, there will be no K-1 form because the entity is not required to file a separate return.
