I need to amend just my NY state return due to some additions and subtractions at the state level. But TurboTax also wants to send a federal amendment. What to do?

As stated I only need to send a NY state amendment, not a federal amendment. The reason for the NYS amendment is that I forgot to include some "New York adjustments to federal income" in the ""Partner, shareholder, beneficiary adjustments" section, from my K-1. This will go in form IT-225. I was able to do that change to my NYS taxes through TurboTax (all good there) but now somehow TurboTax also wants to e-file an amendment to my federal taxes. I did NOT make any changes to my federal taxes, just to my NYS taxes (added the additions and subtractions that I forgot. TurboTax is saying there is nothing to pay or receive from federal, just from state, but it still wants to e-file my federal. Not sure what to do at this point. Don't want to amend my federal by mistake, without any changes.
