As an addendum, EIN numbers are like SSN's, and are not publicly available. Generally, if you have a legal need for the EIN, (such as providing it on your tax return) then it would be present on whatever tax reporting document you were sent by the SBA.

EINs issued to public companies are publicly available and can be obtained from SEC filings.

EINs issued to private companies are available through searches on some state authorities' web sites. For example, EINs for businesses registered with the State of Florida are available on the Florida Division of Corporations web site.
