I invested in a failed Kickstarter project. Where do I enter those losses?

Investment of a significant amount was in early 2023. The stated "delivery" was April 2023...then delayed. Now it appears there will not be a realization of the product as promised. 

The Kickstarter project has for all practical purposes gone dormant since November 2023. Facebook page as well has not been updated or posted to by principals of the project in several months.

Kickstarter expects you to reach out to the creator. It may be delayed or failed. You may be able to get funds from the creator or you may need to sue. Claiming a loss isn't easy. You would need to abandon your interest. See Losses (Homes, Stocks, Other Property) to verify that you qualify.
