I imputed my name on the form for businesses. I do no have a business and did not have one last year. How can I remove the form?

"my turbox for 2016 had an error caused by me in inputing an incorrect amount which I am not allowed to correct. I also made an entry regarding a business which I can not remove - I did not have a business . This is my 4th request for assistance without getting any information.
