I have received conflicting answers on this. Will Premier be adequate for personal 1040 with Schedule C for a small LLC. Wife does Genealogy consulting with no employees.

No, if you want to use the question and answer feature of TurboTax, you will need to use TurboTax Home and Business to complete the Schedule C.
However, if you want to just get into the forms mode and fill out the Schedule C on your own like you would a paper return, you can use Premier.
