i can't get past the page were asking me if i started a business?

It depends on which version of TurboTax you are using.

In TurboTax Online, if you already started a business entry, go back to the Self-Employed section under Wages & Income. Click on the pencil icon next to the name of the business to edit / add information. Income, Expenses, and other sections will open up.
