I can help. Follow the instructions included below for deleting a Schedule C business that transferred from the prior year's return. You'll have to use Self-Employed in order to delete the Schedule C properly. (Please disregard the reference to 2015; the dates haven't yet been updated).

Once that's done, please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance. A Support rep should be able to adjust your cost to reflect the edition you now need to use.
