The allocation amounts will be populated based upon your entries in the Business Info tab.  You would need to select Partner/Member Information and make your entries in this section.  The allocation will be calculated based upon your entries here.  Make sure to enter the allocation percentage by selecting edit to the right of each member's name and proceeding through all of the screens for each member.
