How do I match the 1120S I got from the partnership to the questions TT online is asking me?

I have the question "Is box 16 checked on your K-1?" in front of me.  If I click Yes (because there is an amount in box 16 on mine), TT takes me to the process to fill out the K-3.  On my 1120S (yes, it is the 2021 form revised 2/22) it is box 14 being checked that indicates a K-3 is attached.

Also, TT autofilled a check in Box 20, but there is no box 20 on my 1120S

You are entering your K-1 as a Partnership (Form 1065) instead of S-Corp (Form1120S).  You need to delete the K-1 you are entering and start over.  

To do this in TurboTax Online you can follow these steps:

1. Within your return in TurboTax Online search for K-1.
2. Click the Jump to link in the search results.
3. Choose Update for the Partnership K-1s and delete the K-1 line with the trash can icon.
4. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.
5. Click on Delete a Form. 
6. Scroll down to your K-1 (Form 1065) and click Delete if it is still there.
7. Go back to steps 1 & 2, then click Start for an S-Corp K-1 and enter your K-1 information again.
