How do I enter payroll from a payroll company?

Depends on what kind of business you have (sole proprietorship/single member LLC, partnership, etc.) and if your employees are W-2 employees or 1099 contractors.

Assuming this is a SCH C business, when starting the business section you must select the option to indicate that you have W-2 employees (if that's what you have). Otherwise, you'll not be asked for that information.
