If you choose to use TurboTax to complete a S Corp tax return, Form 1120S, you will need to purchase the Business Edition.  The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.  The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.

So you will need to use 2 programs.  The Business program for the S corp and then a personal program, Deluxe or above.  If you use the Online browser version for your personal return you will need to use Premier or Home & Business to enter a K-1 you get from the S corp.
