How do I enter in document numbers for automatic tax filing?

This is my first time using TurboTax, and I just got a form in that contains a Document ID number and a Master Account number, but I don’t see any fields where I can add them in so that the information from those forms get filed in correctly.

Which tax form are you referring to?

It’s a 1099 Consolidated Form.

Those numbers are internal numbers for the issuer. You do not need to enter them on your tax return.
