How do I enter a home office deduction on a schedule C if the business information is already on our K-1 forms

You don't.  

 

If you had a Home Office for working for the S-corporation, there is no home office deduction on your federal personal tax return.  

 

What SHOULD have happened is the S-corporation should have had an Accountable Plan to reimburse your home office expenses every month.
