You can remove PLUS from your order as long as you haven't paid or deducted your TurboTax fees from your refund yet.
Keep in mind, with PLUS you get on-demand support and 24/7 access to your tax returns.
- Sign in to your account and open your return by selecting Take me to my return.
- Then select File on the left side (if you don't see this, select the menu icon in the upper-left corner to open the side menu).
- Continue to the Just a few steps left... screen and select Start or Revisit next to Step 1: Review Your Order.
- On the next screen, Your order summary, select Remove* in the PLUS Benefits section, then Remove PLUS Benefits on the screen that comes after that.
*If you don't see the Remove option, it means that you saved time by automatically importing last year's tax info. In this case, you can clear and start over to remove PLUS from your order.
