How do I delete a W-2 from my file?

To delete a W-2 from your return, please follow these steps below:·        

• Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in).
• Click on the Take me to my Return button
• Click on the Federal Taxes tax 
• Click on the Income and Wages tab
• Find the Wages and Salaries section and select Edit/Add
• Select the blue Delete (trash can icon) on the line listing the W-2 that is no longer applicable. (See image below).

Or If you can delete a form in TurboTax Online, by completing the steps below:

• Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in)
• Click on the Take me to my return button
• Select Tax Tools> then, Tools (lower left side bar).
• Select Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
• Select Delete next to the form you wish to delete and follow the instructions to remove. (Please see Image Below)
