How do I complete schedule ET-OS for an LLC that didn't have income?

If you had no income you do not need to file schedule ET-OS. That schedule is to give you credit for taxes paid to another state on your Wisconsin business tax return. If you had no income you paid no taxes to any other states and you do not need that schedule.
