The federal tax return is a Form 1040 for tax year 2018.  What is your question?

If you filed a 2018 tax return you filed it on a Form 1040, since that was the only form for 2018 returns--there were no 1040EZ or 1040A forms for 2018 returns.  Perhaps you should look at your tax return before you file it so you know what you have.
