If you are not required to file a tax return and you do not fall into a category of taxpayer that will automatically receive a stimulus payment, you should register your information using one of the non-filer applications. This will generate a zero-income return to process your stimulus payment.
Those that do not need to register using the non-filer application include someone who is receiving Social Security retirement, disability (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or survivor benefits; Veteran’s benefits; or Railroad Retirement benefits.
You can either use the IRS registration tool for non-filers at this link: IRS Economic Impact Payments
Or you can use the TurboTax registration tool for non-filers at this link, by clicking the orange Register Now button: Get Your 2020 Stimulus Check
Do not use both options, only one is sufficient.
If you are required to file a tax return, then filing your 2019 tax return will trigger the processing of your stimulus payment if the IRS has not already determined your eligibility for the stimulus payment by using your 2018 tax return.
You can keep a check on the status of your stimulus payment using Get My Payment.

I entered bank info on bank account info page and it says that the info does not match their records. I have tried this several times and receive the same message...help!!!
