Had a General Partnership of 95% to 5%. Going to a Sole Proprietor. What do we need to do when answering question regarding Final Return? Do we answer yes or no?

If you are no longer going to have a Partnership and therefore no Partnership return to file (and the change was at the end of or during 2017), you would answer yes, that you are filing the final return.
