Form 1165 K1 filing reporting

Please advise whether I can use home and business software purchased in Costco to file form 1065 and all of the partnership filing and reporting.

No. Home and business is used for home based businesses. You will need TurboTax Business. Here is the link. (Costco may have it as well.)
