In the absence of any contextual info, here's how to enter a 1099-B in the desktop product Home and Business Edition.

With your return interview open, click on the PERSONAL tab.

Then subtab Personal Income.

Select "I'll choose what I work on."

On the  Your 2019 Income Summary page, scroll down to topic INVESTMENT INCOME.
