No, just if i have to report any monies received qtrly if no monies earned yet, and if established as S Corp so i will report on my own taxes not business

Does an S corp have to file quarterly tax return? Even if no business for first quarter
You can decide each quarter if and how much you should pay in for your 2018 Estimated taxes based on the profit your S-Corp made that quarter. You don't have to send in a payment every quarter, however, if you can send in something for each quarter, you are less likely to receive IRS inquiries. Their computers can generate letters when periods are skipped.
