Do I enter the premiums paid for worker's comp in the payroll tax section or the business insurance section of my 1120S? We are in WA where WC is state run.

You can include the worker's compensation premiums paid during 2017 in either the compensation taxes line of the return OR in the business insurance line, BUT NOT BOTH. As long as you record the expense in only one of the lines, you can include it in either place.

You can include the worker's compensation premiums paid during 2017 in either the compensation taxes line of the return OR in the business insurance line, BUT NOT BOTH. As long as you record the expense in only one of the lines, you can include it in either place.
