Cleaning services, lawncare, termite expenses allowed for home office deduction?

I thought there was a more comprehensive list provided in the past for allowed expenses for the home office deduction. Specifically, I'm curious if maid/cleaning service, lawncare, pest control expenses can be deducted?

specifically it says lawncare is not deductible

I had major dental work done that spanned 2 years. I was billed when the implant supported bridge was delivered in the 2nd year. I prepaid half the cost in the first year. Which year can I deduct that amount as medical expenses.
