The K-1 for a trust would be created in the process of preparing Form 1041 for a trust.

You can use TurboTax Business to prepare Form 1041.

However, for the 2020 tax year, you will either have to wait for the 2020 version of TurboTax Business to be released (probably some time in late November) or use the 2019 version and make manual corrections as per IRS instructions.
