Can I file 1065 Business form with Turbo Tax Online ?

No, you need TurboTax Business to prepare a Form 1065 (see link below).

Note that TurboTax Business is not available online nor is there a Mac version; the software must be installed and run in a Windows environment.

Sorry to resurrect this post and ping you. Really appreciate your answer. That answer still holds true for the current filing year. 

Curious though since you have so much experience here, is there any way we can submit the feedback about a desire to have this moved to an "Online" product? Extremely small, but it would be nice to just put my generated K1 into my personal taxes that way automatically.

Not really and, quite frankly, they do not take advice from customers in that regard (i.e., the suggestion box is full and anything that comes out of it is mostly unread).
