I already filled out all the information for the Federal Tax and submitted for CA State. I used to the Mac Desktop version for TurboTax Home and Business but am reading that it seems like I needed to separately buy the TurboTax business edition? Is there any way to salvage all the info I've already filled out in my desktop version to simply print out form 568 that I can mail in? Otherwise, I have to manually enter all the information which is time-consuming and requires a lot of interpretation that I don't want to conflict with my Federal Schedule C.

You can prepare the CA 568 in TurboTax Home and Business.
You will need to print and mail the CA 568 in to the Franchise Tax Board; it cannot be efiled from Home and Business.
You do not need to purchase TurboTax Business.
Hi thanks for the response. Can you direct me how to get that form generated on the Mac Desktop version?
When I created the final tax documents the Form 568 was not in the list of forms generated and I have no clue how to get it manually created.
When in Forms Mode, can you add Form 568 under California state forms?
When I open the form 568 it's not filled out at all.
I recommend you go back into your Federal interview and work forward to the California state section to see if the Form 568 populates now that you have created it.
