Bonus Depreciation

I bought a rental property this year 2025. I am interested in what improvements qualify for bonus depreciation. I did a major remodel replacing about everything. Kitchen bathrooms flooring windows doors, etc

specifically on Part II where it covers "Bonus" depreciation.  Note the life requirements under MACRS.
