A processing error that occurred during the second round of Economic Impact Payments (“stimulus checks”) is causing some delays in payments.
Some TurboTax customers were affected by this error.
We have been working with the IRS on behalf of our customers as they attempt to resolve this issue, ensuring that information on file for all TurboTax customers is accurate. We expect some affected customers to receive payments within the next few days.
