Anyone experiencing Problem with Quick Employers Forms online?

I am using Quick Employers Forms 2025 and experiencing multiple problems with Quick Employer Forms:

1. Changing the company address results in a blank white screen after pressing “Submit Change.”

2. Some 1099-NEC forms disappear after completion, then reappear.

3. 1099-NEC forms show duplicate names.

I have attempted clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and ensuring the software is up-to-date. 

Can you please advise on how to fix these issues? I would like confirmation that QEF will function correctly.

I am having same problem with saving new business contact address - blank screen.  Also, how did you change business address on 2025, i cannot find that anywhere.
