2024 State refund question

The section where it asks about a refund I received in 2025, I had a refund of $257. Then it asks for Payments and withholdings. I hit the question mark and it comes up blank with no explanation. This is something new and I need help with it. I tried just bypassing this and when I go to the end and check the 2025 form, it flags the refund question and goes into this whole section to fill out. The first thing it says is if you took the standard deduction, you did not have to fill out the form. This is very confusing. Any help is appreciated.
