1099int from rental property

For regular 1099 int they will be added to my tax return as part of my income.

However, for 1099 int from rental properties, should it be combined with personal income or combined with rental? When using Turbotax, there is no place to enter 1099 int.

Yes, you would add this to your personal income. There is no place to enter the 1099-INT on Schedule E as you mentioned. The income will be taxed at the same rate if you enter it at either location.
