1099-NEC

I have Home & Business.  My yoga teaching business is entered in the Business Income section.

It's not allowing me to enter any data for the 1099-NEC I received.  I've read that this has been a software issue.  Has it been fixed in the Home & Business version of Turbo Tax?

It depends. I have tested my Turbo Tax Home and Business program and was able to enter information from my 1099-NEC. 

1. Go to the Business tab in your software
2. Turbo Tax will ask you some information about your business to record a Business profile in your return
3. After this is entered, a page will appear that says Your XXX Business
4. Select Business Income>start
5. The very first line in that section should say 1099-NEC>select start
6. After you enter information on who paid you and then the amount that they paid you, you reach a 1099-NEC summary page. Here you can edit delete or just continue.
7. As I said, this worked correctly in my sample program. 
8. You may need to update your software by selecting online at the top of your program and then select check for updates.
