If your return has been accepted
by the IRS there’s no way to change the direct deposit account information
using TurbTax.
If your return is in the
pending status, or if it is rejected you may be able to change it. The Frequently Asked Question provided below

If your return has been accepted, call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and report the problem as soon as possible. Be
patient when you call, IRS hold times can be very long during tax season. You'll want to contact your state agency as well (see the link in the answer below).
