All your fancy guarantees are worthless. Filed and accepted 1/19 and they're still processing your "guaranteed error free" return. So no you are not getting any money because you have yet to provide any valuable service for me.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?

"guaranteed error free"
You may have misunderstood that----
TurboTax provides do-it-yourself tax software. TurboTax guarantees the calculations done by its software. The information entered into that software is data entered by you, the user. TurboTax cannot and does not check that information against any outside sources, so TT cannot know if you entered your information completely or correctly. It is up to you to enter all of your information correctly and completely, and to check your tax return before you file it. If you forget to enter some income, or enter it incorrectly, enter it in the wrong place, etc. then you may end up owing additional tax to the IRS and/or state. TurboTax does not pay the additional tax you owe. If TurboTax’s calculations were incorrect, and you owe penalties and/or interest, then TT will pay the penalties and interest. The tax due is always owed by you, and must be paid by you.
The IRS is getting more and more vigilant to prevent identity theft and fraud. Last year in 2023 they flagged over a million returns for fraud by early March. People who file very early in the season are sometimes scrutinized more. Do not take it personally. TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after they accept your return, so no one at TT knows that your refund is delayed or why. All you can do is wait for the IRS to finish processing your return. Watch the refund site. If the IRS wants more information from you they will request it.If they want you to verify your identity, you must follow the IRS’s instructions in order to do that. In many cases they will send you a letter—and you will have to wait for that letter.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
To track your state refund:

Have you thought of paying just enough by estimates or withholding to avoid a penalty and let the government wait for your check?
Just stating facts. You will not get paid until I do. I went through ID verification, there are no outstanding debts that would warrant a seizure. The IRS is not telling me what the issue is, they say just wait. SO....to YOU just wait.
@csdean79 We are volunteers who help by answering questions in the user forum. We have nothing at stake--but you signed an agreement that says TT can take its fee from your bank account if the IRS takes too long to issue your refund.
