I'm a non-resident alien but efiled my tax return via TurboTax. Then I realized this might be wrong but my file has been accepted. How can I fixed this now?

You will need to file an amended return i.e. a new return on form 1040-NR ( NOT supported by TurboTax ) and mail this in with a note explaining the error. TurboTax partner Sprintax, Tax professional and/or your school foreign student office should be able to help.
