You sent my wrong account info and direct deposited my money into the wrong my return has been reduced significantly as a result. How do I get this fixed?

TurboTax does not deposit your money, IRS does that.

Any issue with which account to be used cannot affect your tax refund amount.

If you used the pay-with-refund feature, TurboTax's partner bank will take your fees out.

If you did no use pay-with-refund, and still the money went to the wrong account, IRS takes no responsibility.
