Why haven’t I got my refund

You can pay the TurboTax account fees with a credit card in Step 1 of the File section after reviewing your order,there will be options on how to pay the fees. Please see the information below regarding the payment method we accept:

I work for a credit card company and I have double checked everything and it has not gone through. Its like you are trying to frustrate people enough they will accept the withdrawal from federal and the craZy exorbitant fee of 39.99 to do so.
