TURBO Tax programs are great - but your on line service lacks ability to assist even after the work is competed
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Maybe someone in the forum will understand what that means by "job number," but I don't. You may need to explain it.
I was on the phone for 45 minutes with a tax expert who was calculating my quarterly federal payments.
She was forwarding me a her result but I never received it, could not find it anywhere and a “job number” appeared as a reference - GOOD LUCK with that and TURBO Tax able to respond. Very disappointed that my original return, prepared by Rachel did not have the quarterly payment estimate at the outset.
Sorry you are having trouble. This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. If you were supposed to have received something from the expert referenced by a job number, unless someone else responds with a suggestion in this forum, you'll need to talk to TurboTax Support again to ask them how to retrieve it. Have them stay on the phone while you retrieve it.

GOT IT - My bad. i tried phone calls, tried to contact tax preparer. maybe someone knows a simple formula
to calculate the Qusarterly IRS payments - which will be different in 2026 compared to 2025.
I always did my own, on returns on TURBO, but life changes dictated having an expert do it - or so i thought - that was a mistake.

Online TurboTax has an interview tool to do that, but if you used Full Service by an expert where they prepare the whole return, I don't know if it's available to you.
Few people will see this thread since its title is about a "job number". I suggest you start a brand new thread which will show up to the whole forum, and title it about the 2026 estimated tax calculations, such as "What's the best way to calculate my 2026 estimated tax payments?"
You can ask the question at this page linked below. On that page just to the right of the search box is a blue button "Ask a Question", but it's kinda hard to see since they put it right over a blue background image (go figure.)
