My refund was scheduled to be deposited by May 5th. It has not. Should I be worried that there is an issue with my refund?

The IRS website says its scheduled to be mailed? or direct deposited on the 5th?

If youre going off TurboTax information, they only estimate the refund date....IRS shows when it will actually happen.

even if directly deposited....your bank may not post it into your account until midnight of the day AFTER the bank actually gets it....for something sent out  today...might not even show up until Monday .

......(several days longer if you had your software fees deducted from the Federal refund...because it has to go thru and intermediary bank first)
