I accidentally put my dependent as being disabled what can I do to change that on my 2016 tax return

You can change the "disabled" label on your dependent by following these steps:

1. Click on the Personal Info tab.
2. On the Personal info Summary screen, click on the Edit button next to the dependent's name.  
3. Continue to the screen, Did any of these apply to [child's name]?  Click on  the box None of these applied to remove the checkmark in  the "disabled" box and click Continue.
