I was told by my bank you can have thtold it’s send it to you and then turbo can deposit the money in my account

If the return hasn't already posted to our system, you can ask the IRS to stop the direct deposit. You may contact them at 1-800-829-1040, Monday - Friday, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
