I am trying to file an amendment but when i go to Print Returns, i do not get the option to only print "All official forms required for filing". I am using offline app

Have you filed yet? If not, you must pay the TT fees first.
And do you have Adobe Acrobat installed?

Yes it was filed with TT originally. I can print but just not the specific forms. It does all of them. Trying to just file the 1040x. Yes I have Adobe acrobat installed

Yes I filed & payed the electronic fee of $25
I think this is a way for tubrotax to make more money ?

Yes I updated everything just like there  instructions said nothing worked updated windows,adobe,& tubrotax everything on my computer works but printing my return!

You better keep looking because TurboTax is no help they keep wanting me to fix people's printing problems,but cat get any help with my own return

I'm having this problem as well.  I am not prompted to file only official forms required for filing.

I’m having the same issue. No option to print “All official forms required for filing” amended returns.

with regard to 1040X, turbotax does not print "all forms required for filing".

with 1040X, Include any new/corrected document only if it shows federal tax withheld, and include in order only those Sequence Numbered tax forms and Schedules that changed or were added due to your amendment. 

This determination you must make yourself by comparing your original and new tax return.

Do not include your old 1040 nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040X reflects any changes there and becomes your new tax return.
